Our client, a prominent company in the civil engineering sector, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee earthworks on a Highways project in Norwich with an immediate start date.

• Managing the overall execution of the project, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Overseeing site activities and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinating with the Highway authorities and key stakeholders to facilitate project progress
• Monitoring project budgets and controlling costs effectively
• Providing regular updates and reports on project status to senior management
• Implementing project management methodologies to optimise project outcomes
• Facilitating the resolution of technical issues and challenges on-site
• Ensuring the quality of workmanship and adherence to project specifications

• Experience in managing civil engineering projects, particularly earthworks
• Proficiency as a Site Agent/Project Manager
• Knowledge of highway construction projects and relevant standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or a related field
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
