Job description

In this graduate Project Manager job, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of client projects. You will be acting as the main point of contact, dealing with any questions or issues, and liaising with both internal and external teams in order to drive the project forward. You will need to be highly proactive, with 1 years' experience in a Project Management or Operations-based role, and ideally a proven interest in the property / real estate industry; as you will be expected to work alongside Project Managers in a hands-on role where no two days will be the same.

Key responsibilities

In this Project Manager job, your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively maintaining and monitoring high levels of client data quality and accuracy within the client CRM system
  • Completing regular financial audits to ensure 100% compliance for each project
  • Managing the onboarding of cross-functional teams across the region, coordinating individuals and aligning the teams with client-specific processes and procedures
  • Supporting the team to ensure the smooth running of projects
  • Processing and monitoring supplier purchase orders and invoices through the client financial system
  • Acting as a point of contact on the account for all finance-related questions and issues
  • Driving project governance and where appropriate, improving efficiencies by evolving the account’s procedures, documentation and methods
  • Developing your understanding of relevant procedures and processes
  • Coordinating team-related activities on the account
  • Working with the wider team to implement new systems and processes
  • Producing comprehensive written reports, minutes, presentations
  • Alongside the responsibilities above, you will be encouraged and expected to help with internal process improvements no matter how big or small an idea

Job requirements

  • A minimum of a 2.1 degree from a top 20 university, ideally within Humanities
  • At least 1 years' experience, with a track record of project delivery in a previous Project Management, Operations, Logistics or similar coordination-based role
  • Salesforce / Tririga knowledge highly desirable
  • Experience coordinating complex construction projects within the property sector would be an advantage
  • Sharp financial awareness - budgets and reporting and ability to analyse figures
  • You must be resilient and extremely calm under pressure with the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks is a must
  • Impeccable attention to detail and enjoys getting stuck into lots of different jobs projects
  • A good understanding of ‘innovation’ and how it can deliver value to team
  • Design experience desirable
  • You must be personable, friendly and display a willingness to ramp up and put in extra effort when workloads are high and deadlines are looming
