Role

We are looking for a Electrical Project Manager to a MEP contractor based in Dartford who work on commercial offices, schools & healthcare projects. The candidate will need to have a strong experience within budgeting for projects. There will be a few projects at once that the PM will be overseeing reporting into a Divisional Director, schemes will be based in Central London.

The contractor who we are working alongside are a family run MEP contractor who have been established for over 20 years with a good repuation for completing marquee schemes for large main contractor Thomas Sinden, Balfour Beatty & SDC. With the order book getting stronger as the year goes on.

Duties

• Must have experience within projects ranging from 1,000,000 - 6,000,000
• Must be strong with project budgets
• Will be based in their Dartford offices
• Must have experience within commercial offices & educational builds & Hospitals
• Stable CV
• Understanding on schemes from design & build through to procurement
• Reporting into a Divisional Director
