- Lead projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules to ensure seamless delivery.
- Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage budgets, track expenditure, and provide accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and adherence to safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
- Support and mentor team members to ensure they perform to the best of their abilities.
- Manage resources effectively, including staff, materials, and equipment.

- Conduct regular audits and promptly address any issues.
- A trade background with proven experience in project management within high-end residential and commercial refurbishment/fit-out.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid knowledge of contract management and construction regulations.
- Excellent financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
