Electrical Pre-Contract Account/Project Manager

Your Role:

As an Electrical Pre-Contract Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our projects which mainly involve interior designers and building contractors. You will be responsible for managing the pre-contract phase of our electrical projects, ensuring that all aspects align with our world-class standards. This is an opportunity to bring your expertise to a place where your voice is heard and your contributions are valued. This will predominantly be an office based role but client visits may be required but very rarely. You will be able to amend drawings with adjustments to drawings, lights, data points etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the pre-contract phase of electrical projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Foster relationships based on trust and honesty with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in processes and methodologies.
• Empower and mentor team members, supporting their professional development.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, upholding our commitment to excellence.
