This client is actively seeking a Project Manager to join their team for a School project in Lewisham.

About the Project Manager role

• The Project Manager position will be leading the project on site as the number one, with a team of junior managers reporting into them
• Responsible for programme and time management, quality assurance and Health & Safety of the site.
• Be able to lead the project from cradle to grave, holding weekly progress meetings
• Subcontractor procurement & management

About the Project Manager candidate

• The ideal candidate should have experience as a number one on site, ideally within the education construction sector
• An up & coming individual who is looking to establish themselves within the business but also be looking for ways they can make positive change in the business and develop themselves within the business
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• Degree educated is desired
