An independent global creative agency is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join their London studio. They are looking for someone that is motivated, positive, loves the digital world and loves (or at least has serious interest in!) gaming. Should be a very positive person, has a “can-do” attitude, and can think on their feet. Looking for someone with digital experience, as this is the foundation of the amazing work that they do.
The Account/Project Manager will play a key part in developing this exciting account, helping with essential projects and striving to deliver excellent work across branding, experience design, storytelling, concepting and prototyping.
In this role, you’ll be working with a client in the gaming industry and will be required to play the games that they develop, learn them thoroughly, and be prepared to answer questions and discuss the intricacies of the product with the client team – a passion and understanding of gaming is a must for this role!
Essential Requirements:
Have 3+ years of experience in an agency as a client-facing AM/PM
Strong digital background & knowledge of content production (digital, social, 2D & 3D video)
Can work on challenging projects with enthusiasm and excellent attention to detail while excelling in a fast-paced environment
Able to handle multiple projects at once running in parallel to each other
Experience in seeing a project through from brief/concepting stage through to final delivery
Very important to have impeccable attention-to-detail skills; need to review and ok deliverables prior to final client hand-off
Approach work with a positive attitude, be kind and likeable, and have excellent communication skills, across internal teams and with clients
Excellent skills at managing and growing the relationship with the client, including internal processes to help get things done more efficiently, and to optimize team resources
Can demonstrate experience of delivering excellent projects on time and within the allocated budget
Excellent problem-solving skills, being able to help with any road-blocks for projects and their delivery
Manage project plans, budget, resources, delivery, proposals, financial profitability and forecasting, helpful to have experience with this on a global scale (across various currencies and time zones)
