About the role of Project Manager:

Exciting Project Manager opportunity in Central London for a leading residential developer. Working on a 1,000+ unit, RC frame apartment scheme, overseeing the whole build process. You would be working under a Project Director who would be the no1 on the project, however you would be handling more of the day to day on site. Underneath yourself would be a team of Site Managers overseeing both internals and externals on the project.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company, who look after their staff, have a great pipeline of work and always look to progress from within.

Responsibilities for Project Manager:

• Understand the whole build process from groundworks to handover.
• Manage a team of Managers.
• Helping to implement new procedures
• Communication with sub contractors
• Liaising with clients
• Day to day support with running of site

Requirements for Project Manager:

• Overseen multiple residential projects across all stages of the build.
• Experience working on RC frame, residential projects.
• Been no2 on Site.
• Managed a team of over 8 Managers.
