M&E PROJECT MANAGER needed in Oxford for a commercial project!

We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to join our clients team in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a major commercial construction project from start to finish, ensuring the successful delivery of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the M&E elements of a large-scale commercial project in Oxford.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure M&E systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications.
• Manage contracts, procurement, and subcontractors involved in the M&E aspects of the project.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Address technical challenges and provide effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor costs and manage resources effectively to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders, including reporting on progress, risks, and milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid CSCS card
• Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager in the commercial construction sector.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and services.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
• Experience in managing and leading teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
