We re on the lookout for a skilled Portfolio Manager, offering a competitive salary of GBP50,000 - GBP60,000, a flexible hybrid working setup, and an outstanding benefits package, including a bonus up to GBP9,000

Be part of a team managing an impressive portfolio that includes 9,000 blocks and 300,000 leasehold homes. While this role focuses on a specific segment of the portfolio, you'll work alongside a dedicated team and third parties to ensure effective management and exceptional service delivery.   • Managing complex leasehold properties, applying your in-depth understanding of relevant legislation.
  • Leveraging your exceptional interpersonal skills to foster success and build strong, positive relationships with Management Companies (ManCos) and Residents Management Companies (RMCs).
  • Providing compelling case studies showcasing cost savings or efficiencies to promote best practices for residents.
  • Working closely with an established property team to gain a thorough understanding of the intricacies involved in supporting ManCos and RMCs within contractual agreements.
  • Partnering effectively with third parties such ensuring compliance with regulations while aligning with mutual objectives.
