This Programme Manager role focuses on leading a high-priority Government Major Projects Portfolio (GMMP) programme. The programme involves a large-scale infrastructure project in a nuclear environment, including design, construction, and commissioning of complex facilities.

Top Essential Criteria:

• Strong knowledge across various industry sectors.
• Well-rounded experience, preferably across the entire project lifecycle, but open to those with expertise in the development or construction delivery phases.
• Strong background in managing change control processes and baseline management.
• Extensive stakeholder engagement at all levels, including working with executives and regulators.
• Ability to work under pressure in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships effectively.

Key Experience:

• A recognised formal Project Management qualification is required (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
