Our client, a privately owned, leading global construction and consultancy firm are looking for an experienced Senior Project Managers, to work in a consultancy.

Role Overview:
We are looking to meet with experienced Senior Project Managers with previous background working on NEC contract. Main aspects of this would be upgrade works, refurbishment, and extensions of an existing building, maintenance.

Essential Experience:

• Knowledge of the NEC contract and its workings
• Managing the construction programme.
• Ensure that the project meets regulatory and client objectives while remaining within budget constraints.
• Excellent communication, people, and team management skills, with the ability to influence, motivate and mentor

You would to pass SC clearance for this role.
