Project Manager - Kent - Main Contractor

One of the South East's leading main contractors are looking for you to join their operational team as Project Manager, covering projects throughout Kent up to the value of £50m.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be tasked with successfully overseeing projects from inception through to completion. Projects include schools, residential developments and care homes. Your role will involve ensuring projects stay within budget, so commercial awareness is also beneficial. Managing and mentoring site managers and personnel is also at the forefront of your duties.

Qualification and experience requirements for the Project Manager include:

• HNC, Degree or equivalent
• CIOB Membership
• At least 5 years project management experience with a Main Contractor
