The Role

As a Project Manager at Shearwater Marine Services, you will:

  • Oversee and deliver a diverse range of major civil and marine projects, ensuring they meet high safety, quality, and budgetary standards.
  • Reviewing and preparing technical and non-technical reports to a high standard including specifications, reports, proposals, calculations and contracts.
  • Providing support on technical tenders, business development and client relations as required.
  • Working effectively on several projects concurrently to deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in safety standards and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven track record in project management, ideally within marine services, civil engineering, construction or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Commitment: Passionate about safety, with a proactive approach to fostering a secure working environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various project sites across the UK. Primarily based in Argyll.
