About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you ll be at the forefront of delivering high-end AV solutions, working with a dynamic team of engineers, subcontractors, and designers. Your focus will be on bringing visions to life, from multi-room audio and home cinemas to integrated lighting systems, security solutions, and seamless home automation (think Crestron, Control4, Lutron, and more).

What You ll Be Doing:

• Leading Projects: Manage the delivery of bespoke residential AV installations from conception to completion.
• Team Management: Oversee engineers and subcontractors, ensuring projects run smoothly and to the highest standard.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project journey.
• Budget Control: Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Technical Expertise: Read and interpret technical drawings, ensuring installations meet exacting design and performance requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Display initiative to address challenges and keep projects on track, even under tight deadlines.

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience in project management within the residential AV, electrical, or construction industries.
• Strong knowledge of smart home technologies, including AV systems, networking, home cinemas, and home automation platforms.
• A hands-on, proactive attitude with the ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and build confidence with clients.
