Project Manager - Consultancy

A well established Property and Construction consultancy with offices throughout the UK, are seeking a Project Manager to join their Thames Ditton office.

This is the ideal opportunity for a newly qualified Project Manager to take the next step towards Senior Project Manager.

The Company

This organisation is a well renowned construction consultancy who have been established for over 20 years. They are regarded as one of the leading consultancies in the industry. They operate across sectors including:

• Commercial
• Residential
• Retail

Although this role woul predominantly be in the commercial sector.

The Role

As part of the role, the successful Project Manager will be providing project management services on office (and other) refurbishment, alteration, extension and fit-out projects on schemes typically ranging from £100k to £5m

The Person

As a Project Manager, you will ideally be MRICS or MAPM or hold other relevant professional qualifications.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Construction related degree
• Construction Consultancy experience (build / refurb projects)
• Demonstrable experience delivering high value build projects on time to budget
• Client facing persona
