We are looking for a Project Coordinator/Application Administrator to join an established equipment supplier and machinery movement solutions company based in their Head Office in Avonmouth.

This is an exciting opportunity as it falls in line with a brand new project that they have just implemented, in which you will have a great impact on and help move it forward and become part of its' success story.

The role will be varied and you will be expected to work and keep up with the demands of a dynamic and fast paced environment. You will be directly supporting the Project Manager with the implementation of this project, as well as helping with the everyday management of their bespoke hire and rental software products. You will not need previous experience of working with specific software products or even working within IT, as full training will be provided. You will also be responsible for training new and existing staff members in regards to new software functions. Again, you do not need a training background for this, as long as you are comfortable presenting and passing on knowledge. Some overnight travel to other depots may be required at times for such training.

As the ideal candidate you will be friendly and personable with strong communication skills that can be utilised to deliver successful training both group and one on one, be responsible and accountable, be proficient in Microsoft suite with the ability to learn and support internal software programmes, have the ability to understand issues and solve problems in a timely manner, and have experience identify, tracking and mitigating risks and issues in a project or business environment.

Project coordinating experience would be an advantage, as well as experience with change management and/or rental software packages. Office based experience in a crane hire or plant hire industry would also be advantageous.

Working hours are Monday-Friday 8.30-17.30. Salary is between £23,000 and £25,000.
