Our innovative Ecommerce function are responsible for dunelondon.com and all other digital aspects. The team have roles ranging from Trading, Insights, UX and Digital Product and are empowered to deliver a multi-faceted, customer centric strategy and best in class customer experience through all of their roles.

We have a position available for a Junior Project Manager - Digital Product to be responsible for managing projects for The Dune Group websites. Supporting the teams in the eCommerce & Marketing department, you will deliver initiatives which fit with business strategy & meet KPIs and work with our Test Analyst to ensure all change is thoroughly tested & issues are resolved before launch of initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management

  • Identify stakeholders across the business & capture end to end requirements for all projects
  • Ensure all business processes & decisions relating to the project are captured & considered for change
  • Obtain time & cost estimates from all relevant teams, internal & external for the project
  • Work with the business owner to create and achieve sign off for the business case
  • Ensure projects have been considered within Capex & Opex budgets and work with Finance and Head of Digital Product to update and manage these accordingly
  • Work with the Senior UX Designer to ensure wireframes & user journeys are captured
  • Ensure teams are communicated to regarding project progress & go live dates
  • Run demos of new features to the teams & create basic user guides
  • Manage any project issues that may arise & seek to resolve swiftly
  • Work with Test Analyst to ensure all change goes live following full end to end testing & without issue
  • Ensure project outcomes are measured & reported on post go live

Backlog Management

  • Be the point of contact for teams to request small changes to the websites within The Dune Group
  • Ensure all requirements are captured
  • Manage the relationship with the 3rd party development team
  • Prioritise the backlog ensuring all deadlines are understood & change is delivered in manner which ensures business strategy is met
  • Work with the Senior UX Designer to ensure wireframes & user journeys are captured
  • Run demos of new features and improvements to the teams & create basic user guides
  • Ensure there is sufficient budget to fund change requests & that these are coded correctly
  • Work with Test Analyst to ensure all change goes live following full end to end testing & without issue

KEY SKILLS:

  • Experience working in an eCommerce team
  • Understanding of different project management methodologies & how to apply these
  • Proven experience managing project & change budgets
  • Highly organised and diligent with a capacity to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Good attention to detail
  • Customer focused mentality
  • Logical, methodical and good at problem solving
  • Enjoys working in a fast-moving environment

Desirable

  • Retail ecommerce experience
  • Experience of managing 3rd party development teams
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript & APIs
