RAPP is an integral part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group, comprising 4,000 creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 40 global markets.
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who can flawlessly oversee, direct and lead projects from initiation and definition, through to delivery on large/cross channel; data, press, print and digital projects and campaigns. Deliverables may include: landing pages, emails, banners, direct mail inserts, brochures, leaflets, POS, content.
You’ll need to be an enthusiastic problem solver who thrives on being involved at all levels of the project/process and be there to motivate and support all team members. You’ll have top notch communication and project management skills and be able to hit the ground running.
Manage an overall workflow schematic for their full portfolio, aligning all projects against cross departmental and discipline requirements
Contributes to a central agency resource workflow for DIP, DR, Management, COO and Production Heads
Strong understanding and knowledge of navigating technical workflow systems
Has the ability to forward plan, anticipate problems and adapt across workstreams on their accounts
Responsible for managing and driving a programme of complex creative requirements across multiple disciplines and specialisms, identifying knowledge/resource gaps where necessary and facilitating requirements
Ensure following all creative and work-on-wall sessions there is a clear plan for all disciplines leading to the next project milestone, leading each agenda
Schedules key project milestones and assigns tasks to team members in line with overall workflow
Able to oversee and manage multiple production process and disciplines at any one time
Ensures the relevant production and specialist expertise is brought on-board or engaged and the relevant project milestone
Ensures a collaborative working approach to integrated production- has ability to manage expectations and set clear objectives to both internally and externally, aligning creatives and all integrated production partners, interrogates the production process and drives optimisation and integration where appropriate
Manages information flow to all internal parties to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery
Ensures across each project we reduce waste, save money and work efficiently
Ensures financial health of each project by proactively managing alongside Account Lead the budgets and deliverables and adjusting where relevant
Understand strategic and campaign performance of projects in order to learn and adapt agency approach for future projects
Displays strong leadership of own projects and portfolio, providing clarity cross discipline throughout project life cycle.
Partner to day to day squad team and strategist
Work in partnership with the Account Lead to align on priority of projects
Work with Lead Strategist to interpret incoming agency creative brief requirements
In partnership with Creative Director have a sound understanding of creative ambition and requirements across each project, leading creative and project casting with clear objectives and milestones
Engages directly with client, as required, to update overall workflow or individual project status and or overall workflow overview; acts as a voice for integrated production and delivery across the workflow
Builds good relationships with all internal departments and disciplines to ensure goodwill and strong team performance
Works closely with Programme Director to report on tracking and management of retainer and burn against agency resources
