At the MS Society, we make sure people living with MS are at the centre of everything we do. And it’s this commitment that unites us across the UK.

Our work is based on the hopes and aspirations of our MS community. Together we campaign at all levels, fund ground-breaking research and provide award winning support and information.

Our people are our greatest asset and the key to our success. We offer a vibrant, progressive environment where you will make a difference.

About this job

The MS Society is in the process of implementing a transformational change programme known as Project Orange.  Through the implementation of Project Orange the MS Society will become a more efficient, agile and innovative organisation, better using data, technology and digital to have scale, improve quality and meet the changing needs of people living with MS.  In doing so, we’ll operate and work in ways that enable us to make more of a difference; achieving more with people living with MS and moving us closer to our ultimate goal to stop MS.

We are now looking for a Programme Manager to ensure oversight of the multiple strands of this significant programme of work; reporting regularly on the progress against plan and budget, ensuring the quality and objectives of the programme are achieved and managing issues and risks as they arise.

In addition to the oversight of Project Orange, the post holder will play a key role in designing and helping to lead some of the implementation of cross organisational change activities and projects including ensuring our accommodation reflects our desired culture and ways of working and process review and organisational design.

We offer 27 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), a 35 hour working week, travel loan and various other benefits such as supported developmental opportunities.
