The Risk Manager will be responsible for implementing the Restoration & Renewal Programmes Risk Management Plan and Processes, with specific responsibility for providing risk assurance to the Restoration & Renewal Projects and workstreams.
Are you used to managing complex construction projects and keen to play an important role in a high profile programme of works in a unique historic setting?
Then make the move to the House of Commons Strategic Estates dynamic and growing Restoration and Renewal team.
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating and facilitating Risk & Value workshops and reviews with Stakeholders Liaising with Project teams to identify new and emerging risks and manage and update current Project risks Produce accurate periodic risk update reports to inform Programme Management, Manage and maintain the Project's Risk Registers using the Project risk database
The Person
- You will be an experienced manager who can make a positive impact within this fast-moving Programme. Membership of one or more risk or project management organisation e.g. APM, PMI, IRM, CERA etc.
