Busy Bees National Support Centre at Latchford House are recruiting for a Safety Project Coordinator to join their Compliance Team on a 12 month contract! (this position may evolve it a permanent role)

  • Liaising with the Head of Safety to prioritise projects and design plans
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans and schedules to ensure effective delivery within the agreed timescales
  • Liaising with stakeholders to gather information and keep people up to date with project progress
  • Organising, participating in and taking forward actions from stakeholder meetings
  • Preparing presentations, training and guidance information for effective communicating to staff teams
  • Preparing safety policies, procedures and management systems in line with operational practices
  • Undertaking project tasks as necessary
  • Supporting the Safety and childcare team with administration tasks
  • Responding to Date Protection (GDPR subject access requests and breaches)

Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Experience in safety or project management
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Confidence in using computers and competency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong skills in spelling and grammar
