Intermediate Project / Programme Manager - East Sussex
Amida is recruiting for an Intermediate Programme & Project Manager for a multi-disciplinary consultancy to cover retained public-sector projects based in East Sussex.
The successful Project/Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing various projects ranging from fit out, refurb and new build.
The clients are public services departments and the locations are based mainly around Brighton and Lewes.
Ideally you will be Chartered or on your way to it and possess a wealth of experience in providing high quality project and programme management especially within the public sector for a consultancy.
You should therefore evidence your ability to influence and successfully deliver within a client facing role. The confidence to work autonomously is essential. As well as excellent communication skills you will need to be well organised and demonstrate good attention to detail..
- Strong PMO background within Construction and Property projects
- Ability to work through solutions subject to change
- Stakeholder management
Previous public-sector experience is highly desirable.
Almost more importantly as how good on paper you are - this is very much a role for someone with a great personality, someone who can lead, get stuck in and someone who is excited about joining a firm making a big difference.
