The Client:

This company is a global success story, from humble beginnings to operations across the planet, they have a very interesting story to tell. They are now one of the largest manufacturers in their sector, experiencing significant growth year-on-year. They have invested significant sums recently in product development, overall customer service and staff development. They operate at the value end of the UK/Global market where they hold significant market share.

The Role:

You will be employed directly by the UK entity but this role will involve secondment/travel to one of their other global entities. They have recently entered the Gas Distribution market in this other country and they are looking for a Senior Operations Leader to lead, develop and support their framework for supply, installation and commissioning of piped natural gas connection and associated services. A major part of your role will be to devise and set standards for best operational and safety practices across the business unit while ensuring that all projects are appropriately assessed, planned and resourced. You will also train and support other members of their Senior Management Team within this new business unit.

The Person:

It’s likely that you are an experienced Operations/Project Leader with knowledge and understanding of gas distribution infrastructure. You must have a proven track record of success in designing and implementing operational frameworks for gas pipeline supply.

The Rewards:

A basic salary of £60 – 70,000 is on offer along with full benefits package which includes company car, smartphone and laptop.
