My client is an international real estate developer with a strong track record of delivering large multi-unit, high spec residential schemes in London. They have a high calibre team of architecturally trained project managers across all of their projects and are currently recruiting for a PM vacancy on a large London based masterplan delivering up to 500 units on a brownfield site.

Job Description

As the Architecture Project Manager you will be tasked with leading this project at planning and through delivery by managing internal and external design teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the design team throughout planning, design, building control, and construction stages;

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with all external parties;

• Develop a risk register for the project and maintain this throughout;

• Monitor main contractor programmes and methodologies;

• Ensure the delivery of the project to meet procurement objectives;

• Resolve issues and queries as they arise through design-led solutions.

The Successful Applicant

As a strong applicant for this Architecture Project Manager you will:

• Be RIBA/ARB registered with a strong architectural background;

• Demonstrate delivery of projects through all RIBA stages;

• Be comfortable with multi-unit residential projects (ideally high-spec);

• Possess excellent communication skills with a proven track record of external party management;

• Be organised with consistent performance in meeting deadlines.
