Salary: £36,000- £40,000 per annum (Full time equivalent, depending on experience)
Part-time - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (2.5 days - 17.5 hours per week)

Job Role Overview
APM are looking for a Reasonable Adjustments Manager to join our friendly team. The Reasonable Adjustments Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that learners with specific educational needs receive fair, equitable and appropriate support throughout their assessment journey to ensure assessment parity. The postholder will be responsible for leading the management of reasonable adjustments for APM assessments, working closely with internal teams, learners, employers and training providers to provide a consistent, cohesive and effective approach to assessing and co-ordinating reasonable adjustments.
The Reasonable Adjustments Manager will be responsible for upholding professional standards and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. The manager will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement in assessment and adjustment practices. By providing training and guidance to internal teams and training providers, the role ensures an equitable and inclusive assessment that meets organisational and stakeholder expectations.
The Reasonable Adjustments Manager will also advise on product developments to ensure inclusivity is built into the design of any new educational products and maintain accurate records of confidential and sensitive information. The postholder will also liaise with the candidates, their employer and accredited training providers to gather further evidence where required to make evidence-based decisions.
Qualifications
Educated to A level or equivalent or have relevant work experience.
Experience
Experience interpreting educational assessments to determine the most appropriate support for learners.
Experience of analysing and presenting data.
Experience of working with dispersed and associate teams.
Knowledge and understanding of the Equality Act 2010 and how this impacts professional education
Knowledge of a variety of educational adjustments which support inclusive education
Skills
Highly developed communication and presentation skills
Relevant PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Empathy, patience and a genuine commitment to inclusive education
