Job Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full Stack .NET Web Developer to join our Digital team on a fixed term basis.
As a Full Stack .NET Web Developer, you will fill a core role within APM’s Digital Team, building and enhance our web platforms (including the APM website and related customer-facing services). You will deliver high-quality, secure and performant solutions across the full stack, reporting to the Solution Architect, and working closely with the Product Owner, other SMEs and Stakeholders both within the Digital team and wider business.
The website is a key revenue generator for APM. In this role you will help deliver a dynamic programme of improvements and change, while also supporting the smooth operation of existing capabilities and helping to resolve production issues.
This role will report directly into the Solution Architect for technical guidance, mentoring and code reviews to ensure implementations align with the target architecture and meet quality and security standards prior to deployment.
Success in the Full Stack .NET Web Developer role at APM will be demonstrated by delivering reliable, secure and maintainable software that meets agreed requirements, supports an excellent online Customer Experience, and contributes to the stability and ongoing improvement of APM’s digital platforms.
Qualifications
Degree (or equivalent demonstrable work experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline
Experience
Strong professional experience as a full stack developer using C# and .NET / .NET Core to build web applications and services
Experience integrating with third-party systems via APIs (REST/JSON), including CRM platform Salesforce and SFMC
Skills
Full-stack development skills with proficiency in C#, .NET / .NET Core and web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to build secure, performant and maintainable solutions
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills to allow for swift diagnosis and resolution of technical challenges
