Job Role Overview
We’re excited to offer a number of opportunities for Customer Service Assistants to join our Service Innovation teams.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a consistently high standard of customer service to a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll do this by using our systems and processes effectively, ensuring work is completed in line with agreed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
You’ll also provide essential administrative support to our innovation teams, helping to ensure a smooth flow of information between key stakeholders and contributing to the overall efficiency of the service.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience. You’ll be comfortable following established processes and procedures, while also bringing fresh ideas and suggestions to help us improve how we work.

Qualifications
GCSE (or equivalent) including Maths and English
Experience and knowledge
Worked within a high-quality customer service environment
Effective communication skills via e-mail, telephone, and other online communication platforms
Minimum intermediate level Microsoft Office and database IT skills
Thorough knowledge of customer services processes, systems and quality measures
Skills
Strong time management and organisational skills
High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills - both verbally and in writing - to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders
Relationship building skills – developing and maintaining good relationships with customers and colleagues
Ability to plan and prioritise to meet customer needs
