Debbie Donnelly
HR, Payroll and Benefits CoordinatorMy role at APM is HR, Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, however I was first employed as Payroll Coordinator. I've been working at APM for 10 years now!
My first impression of APM was that I was overwhelmed how friendly everyone was and impressed with the culture, especially with regards to work/life balance. I found the offices modern, well laid out, and well looked after. You could tell people were proud of the space they worked in and wanted to keep it that way. I’d never worked anywhere where everyone cared for everyone else; asking what they were doing at the weekend, how their children were, celebrating birthdays/weddings etc.
My favourite thing about working for APM is the people. Also the flexibility that APM offers in terms of hybrid working and working patterns.
If I could describe APM's culture in less than 5 words they would be:
- Open
- Encouraging
- Warm
- Ambitious
- Respected
They say that time flies when you’re having fun, and that really is true of my time at APM. I really don’t know where 10yrs has gone!
